After four race meetings, Guillaume Mondron is still leading the Belgian Racing Car Championship at the wheel of his SEAT León in TCR specs.
Last Sunday at Zolder, Mondron and his teammate Loris Cencetti won the BRCC Trophy class in the 125-minute SuperPrix Syntix at Zolder, which enabled Mondron to maintain the leadership in the point standings, even ahead of drivers who race in much more powerful cars like Frank and Hans Thiers’ Ferrari 458.
After Zolder, Mondron has a six-point margin ahead of the Thiers brothers.
The next round of the series will see the competitors racing in a three-hour leg at the beginning of the 24 Hours of Zolder on August 29th.
