Alain Menu (1st fastest): "It's a nice feeling being back to P1, I think it is since 2012 that it hasn't happened to me. I am happy, the car feels very well now, we were able after FP1 to improve braking on the rear, which was creating a little bit of trouble in some corners, and also changed something in the front set-up which worked well. It's definitely an unusual and challenging track, and especially in the first two sectors, you can't push much, because it is counter-productive. You really have to drive as clean as you can."
Daniel Lloyd (2nd fastest): "It was a good session. We are still struggling a bit and doing many changes, but we are getting there and coming to grips with how you have to drive on this track."
Rob Huff (3rd fastest): "It was quite warm out there and this adds a difficulty to the challenge but we are doing good work, the car keeps improving and it seems we are competitive."
